Terms of Service

These Terms, together with the End-User License Agreement below, govern your use of Arcadia, operated by Link Click Inc. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Arcadia. You're responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for the activity that happens under it.

2. Your content

You own the reviews, lists, and other content you create. You grant Arcadia a non-exclusive license to host and display that content so the app can function (for example, showing your review on a game's page or in a friend's feed). You're responsible for what you post.

3. Community rules & zero tolerance

Arcadia has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, illegal, spam, or impersonating others is strictly prohibited and will be removed.

To keep the community safe, every user can:

Report any review, list, comment, or profile directly in the app.
Block any user, which hides their content and stops all interaction.

We review reports of objectionable content and act on them — removing content and/or suspending or terminating the responsible accounts — typically within 24 hours. By using Arcadia you agree there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break security or access others' accounts, no scraping or automated abuse, no reverse engineering, and no using Arcadia to violate any law.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, in order to protect the community and the service.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Arcadia is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link Click Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Apple App Store (Licensed Application EULA)

For apps obtained through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

This agreement is between you and Link Click Inc. only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Arcadia or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Arcadia; that responsibility is ours.
In the event Arcadia fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to Arcadia, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
